Construction Coordination. Coordinating all aspects of construction of the Project to completion. Tenant shall monitor the progress of construction and the compliance by all contractors with the provisions of their construction contracts, through periodic on-site visits and inspections and through written and other reports from the architect, contractors and other construction supervisory personnel. Tenant shall keep Landlord advised from time to time of the progress of construction. Tenant shall review and approve all contractor and other payment requests made from time to time and shall review all such requests to ensure compliance with the construction contract and the terms hereof. Tenant shall determine which, if any, contractor or subcontractor is in default under the provisions of its applicable contract or subcontract, and what measures should be taken in connection therewith.

Construction Coordination. Utilities The location of all existing buried facilities shall be located and marked prior to any digging by the Contractor or Subcontractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for damage to any existing buried utilities. Aerial Placement The Contractor or Subcontractor shall utilize standard industry hardware to attach aerial cable at pole locations (strand vices, xxx xxxxx, cable suspension clamps, corner suspension clamps, etc.)
Construction Coordination. Construction of the Public Improvements shall be coordinated with City personnel as appropriate (City Planner, City Engineer, Utilities Director, Public Works Director, or their designated personnel). Connections to existing sewer, water and storm sewer systems shall be completed and paid by the Developer, but coordinated with Utilities and Public Works. Filling, flushing, pressure testing, and disinfection of water mains must be coordinated with the Utilities Department.
Construction Coordination. The Contractor shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Concession Operators’ general contractors meet all Authority guidelines to construct facilities on the Airport, and shall provide such coordination between the Concession Operators and the Authority to ensure that construction is completed on schedule and in accordance with Authority standards and security requirements. The Authority’s construction requirements and guidelines are detailed in Article 7 of this Contract. In addition, the Contractor shall construct and maintain, as its own cost, all construction walls, dustwalls, and any dust containment covers used during the construction of any concession locations.
Construction Coordination. The Contractor will coordinate with the Authority’s designated contacts at the Airport on a regular basis. The Contractor will be the principal contact point with the Concession Operators on the areas identified below. The Contractor and the Authority will work together to establish a meeting schedule and procedures necessary to accomplish the continued evaluation of the food service and retail operations as contemplated in this Article.
Construction Coordination. Lessee shall conduct all of its construction activities at and about the Premises so as not to materially interfere with activities, operation, and other construction upon the Airport or surrounding properties.
Construction Coordination. (a) Contractor shall be responsible for erecting a temporary and movable construction fence (the “Construction Fence”) on the Site for the purpose of separating the Project construction area (the “Construction Area”), which is initially depicted by the cross-hatched area on Appendix I, from Company’s Area, including the International Station, the switchyard and any Common Facilities. The Construction Fence may be moved and relocated as necessary with the prior written consent of Company following the completion of certain phases of construction for the purpose of accessing other areas of the Project, all in accordance with the Project Schedule and the Contract. From the first to occur of issuance of an initial Limited Notice to Proceed (or as set forth therein), or issuance of Full Notice to Proceed through Final Completion, Contractor will be in control of the Construction Area and will maintain a separate gate for access to the Construction Area. Upon Substantial Completion, the Construction Area will be reduced to Company’s staging and laydown area, and shall not include any portion of the Facilities necessary for operation of the Project, the International Station or the Common Facilities.

Construction Coordination. The purpose of this task is to manage the Consultant office support staff. This will include coordination of design team responses and submittal review comments, contract clarifications, supplemental inspections, and start‐up services. Consultant will utilize City provided EADOC construction management software to coordinate distribution of documents to Consultant team. Consultant shall enter design team responses and submittal review comments, contract clarifications, and meeting minutes into the EADOC system. The City shall take primary responsibility for maintenance of the EADOC system.
Construction Coordination. Landlord will coordinate all work on or impacting the Retained Land with Tenant’s construction coordinator, as designated from time to time by Tenant (“Tenant’s Construction Coordinator”). Landlord will at all times have a construction manager to coordinate the Landlord’s Work and the work on the Released Land (“Landlord’s Construction Manager”), who will be Tenant’s primary contact for issues relative to the Landlord’s Work and the work on the Released Land and will be available to address concerns that Tenant may have during construction. Landlord’s Construction Manager is initially Xxx Xxxxxxxx, whose phone number is (000) 000-0000 and whose e-mail address is xxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Landlord will notify Tenant’s Construction Coordinator immediately upon any change in Landlord’s Construction Manager. Without the intent of limiting the obligations of Landlord under this Amendment, Tenant acknowledges that it is contemplated that (i) the Landlord’s Work Obligations (as defined in Section 16) will be performed by the Developer (as provided for in Section 16) and that Landlord’s Construction Manager will in fact be an employee of Developer and not of Landlord, and (ii) Landlord will, in lieu of performing the Landlord’s Work Obligations, cause Developer to perform the Landlord’s Work Obligations.
Construction Coordination. The Project Manager will make bi-weekly site visits to the project to assist the onsite engineering staff, review construction activities, and coordinate updates with the Sponsor, synchronized with the weekly construction meetings. The Project Manager will maintain a project phasing schedule and report any schedule changes to Airport and FAA staff. Work Element 3: FAA Reporting and Project Closeout Task 3.1 – FAA Quarterly Reports - SEH will complete the required FAA quarterly reports starting with grant acceptance through grant closeout. It is anticipated that each phase will have its own grant. Task 3.2 – FAA Grant Closeout Report – SEH will complete the required FAA closeout report following completion of the project to reconcile all project related costs and closeout the FAA grant for the work. It is expected that the project will be funded with up to three (3) separate grants. This task includes time to complete one of the three closeout reports.
