Project Progress Meetings. CM will organize, conduct, and document progress meetings involving the project architect/engineers, the contractor’s principal personnel, and as required, Xxxxxxx County. Included in these meetings will be topics covering schedule, budget, quality control, and submittals/shop drawings, etc.

Project Progress Meetings. TSI Contractor shall participate in all Project Progress Meetings as set forth in Section 4.1.3 of the RFP, at least once per month, or such other frequency as requested by SRTA to review, discuss and resolve matters relating to coordination, services, quality control, performance, customer service, tolling, payment and other matters arising under the Contract Documents. The Parties shall schedule all meetings at on-site at SRTA’s offices unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise.

Deliverables: • Review comments on Design-Builder’s GMP submittal and revisions.
