Construction Fencing. Commence construction until temporary fencing has been erected on the entire length of all unfenced boundaries. The temporary fence must comprise removable wire or shade cloth (or other see-through material) and must provide only one vehicle access to the lot from the road or right-of-way.

Construction Fencing. The Owner acknowledges and agrees to install construction fencing that is acceptable to the National Capital Commission along the National Capital Commission‟s property and fencing elsewhere acceptable to the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management, all at its expense, in such a location as may be determined by the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management.
Construction Fencing. Prior to the commencement of construction, XX XXXXX LLC will erect and maintain construction fencing including silk fencing in order to screen the property and limit dust and other impacts on the community. XX XXXXX LLC shall maintain fencing free of dust and debris and in good order repair. All construction materials and equipment including portable toilets will be located behind construction fence for the duration of construction. Portable toilets will be maintained and cleaned regularly and locked when construction day ends.
Construction Fencing. Landlord acknowledges the importance that the perimeter of the Retained Land being at all times secured due to the nature of the operations at the Sypris Facility. Prior to the commencement of any clearing, construction staging, earth work or other construction activities on the Released Land (“Construction Commencement”), Landlord shall cause a six (6) foot chain link construction fence to be erected around the Released Land and a portion of the Retained Land upon which certain Landlord’s Work is to be performed (the “Construction Fence”). The Construction Fence shall be in the location set out on Exhibit “D-1”. A portion of the Construction Fence, which runs from the Released Land across the 100’ platted utility easement to the east of the Released Land (designated as the “Easement Fence” on Exhibit “D-1”) shall be constructed to be permanent and shall remain to connect the Permanent Fence (as defined below) to the existing fence running along the east side of the 100 foot platted utility easement. The Easement Fence shall include a gate on each side and shall be in accordance with specifications approved by Tampa Electric Company, which approval Tenant agrees to coordinate. Tenant shall be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Easement Fence, subject to Landlord’s obligation to correct Defects as provided for in Section 12 below.
Construction Fencing. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx will subcontract with a qualified vender to provide fencing for Phase II data recovery operations within the portion of the APE between Rural Road and Xxxxxx Xxxx. The fenced area will include the ROW of the former M&P&SRV RR (~6,400 linear ft). The area, as defined, will be fenced using temporary chain- link construction fencing. Our fee schedule includes the costs of the fencing subcontract and the administration of that subcontract. If in consultation with the COT, additional fencing or a different type of fencing is desired, then a cost modification may be required.

Construction Fencing. The Developer shall maintain a perimeter construction fence in order to protect the life and safety of the public. The Developer shall always provide the Town Engineer with a current fencing plan.
Construction Fencing. The Owner shall erect solid hoarding (and or other construction fencing acceptable to the Director) and overhead protection (where required by the Director) surrounding all construction on the Lands as required by the City’s Chief Building Official, the Director, and or the City’s Director of Municipal Enforcement Services (or designates), and maintain same until final completion of construction as verified by the City at its sole discretion. The Owner further agrees to obtain any clearances from the MOL that may be required for said hoarding (and/or fencing) and overhead protection. The Owner shall construct, maintain and clear an unobstructed accessible pedestrian walkway(s) available to the public to use, including barrier free routes, during construction of the Development and the Works.

Portions of the rights-of-ways may be used by the Developer as approved by the Town Engineer.
