All support services and supervision normally with the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Law Enforcement Services will be provided in conjunction with the contractual extra hours of service coverage.

In the event that the end balance for the Terminating District’s funding of the Covenant Enforcement Services cannot be determined during the Transition Period, the CAB shall transmit any excess funds of the Terminating District remaining on the CAB’s books to the Terminating District no later than January 31st of the year following the year in which Covenant Enforcement Services are terminated.
Continuous service shall mean time in a title or combination of titles which have existed and/or presently exist in the Security Services, Agency Law Enforcement Services or Security Supervisors Unit.
