Enforcement Services definition

Enforcement Services means those activities reasonably related to the enforcement of the Provincial Legislation within the Designated Area, excluding any portions of the Designated Area that fall outside other jurisdiction prescribed in LSAC's Authorization or the Peace Officer Appointments, and shall include the enforcement of Summer Village' municipal bylaws, and shall include any support functions and related services provided by bylaw officers that are not required to be provided by Peace Officers under applicable legislation. The level of service shall be similar to that provided by the Peace Officers to LSAC;
Enforcement Services and “Parking Services” shall mean the operation, management, administration and enforcement of the City of Roanoke’s on- street parking program.
Enforcement Services means the salaries and benefits of emergency responders for the amount of time actually spent responding to or remaining at an event, gathering, or party and administrative costs attributable to the incident and includes the actual costs for medical treatment for any injured emergency responder and the costs of repairing any damage to equipment or vehicles.

Enforcement Services means the salaries and benefits of police officers or other code enforcement personnel for the amount of time actually spent in responding to, or in remaining at, the gathering; the administrative costs attributable to the incident; the actual cost of any medical treatment to injured police officers or other code enforcement personnel; the cost of repairing any damaged city equipment or property; and the cost arising from the use of any damaged city equipment in responding to or remaining at the gathering.
Enforcement Services means the actual amount of time spent by law enforcement personnel in responding to, or in remaining at, a party, gathering, or event at which a minor obtains, possesses, or uses alcoholic beverages including, but not limited to, the salaries and benefits of such personnel; the actual cost of medical treatment incurred by such personnel; administrative costs attributable to the incident; the cost of repairing and/or replacing any damaged City property; and any other allowable costs related to the enforcement of this ordinance.

Related to Enforcement Services

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.
