Basis of Payment will be based on Tons of material installed and accepted to the depth required by the Town Engineer.
The Town Engineer and other representatives of the Town shall have a reasonable right of access to the Property, and all areas of development or construction done pursuant to this MDA during development and construction, to inspect or observe the work on the improvements and to make such inspections and tests as are allowed or required under the Town regulations.
Upon completion of all of the Improvements and upon final inspection and approval by the Town Engineer of all the Improvements, the Town Manager may further authorize the reduction of the amount of the security guaranteeing the Improvements to ten percent (10%) of the approved total estimated cost of the Improvements.
