Retained Land definition

Retained Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital I of this Agreement;
Retained Land the adjoining land of the Landlord described in Part 2 Schedule 1;]6

More Definitions of Retained Land

Retained Land means that part of the Estate which is not part of the Demised Premises;
