Connection Equipment means any Electrical Plant and/or Electric Line which is provided and installed at the Connection Point for the purposes of providing a connection between the Company’s Distribution System and the User’s System, as specified in the relevant Bilateral Connection Agreement and (where appropriate) illustrated on the diagram annexed thereto.

More Definitions of Connection Equipment

Connection Equipment means any Electrical Plant and/or Electric Line which is

Connection Equipment means all equipment and piping necessary to connect the Customer Cooling System to the heat exchanger assembly included in the Energy Transfer Station, as more fully described in the IOM Specifications. The Energy Transfer Station is not a part of the Connection Equipment or the Customer Cooling Equipment.
