Connection Equipment definition

Connection Equipment means that part of the Company’s Equipment which has been provided and installed by the Company for the purposes of providing a connection at the Connection Point;
Connection Equipment means any Electrical Plant and/or Electric Line which is provided and installed at the Connection Point for the purposes of providing a connection between the Company’s Distribution System and the User’s System, as specified in the relevant Bilateral Connection Agreement and (where appropriate) illustrated on the diagram annexed thereto.
Connection Equipment means all electric lines, materials, structures, equipment, plant, cables and apparatus necessary for the supply of electricity to or from the Connection Point, which forms part of the Distribution System.

  • The Customer shall pay to the Company forthwith upon demand an amount equal to the reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Company in removing the Connection Equipment.

More Definitions of Connection Equipment

Connection Equipment means Electric Lines and Electrical Plant provided or adopted by the DNO;
Connection Equipment means all electric lines, materials, structures, equipment, plant, cables and apparatus necessary for the supply of electricity to or from the Connection Point(s) and/or (where relevant) any Proposed Infrastructure (and including such Proposed Infrastructure), which forms, or will form, part of the Distribution System.
Connection Equipment means the Transmission Connection Equipment and/or theDistribution Connection Equipment;
Connection Equipment means all equipment and piping necessary to connect the Customer Cooling System to the heat exchanger assembly included in the Energy Transfer Station, as more fully described in the IOM Specifications.
Connection Equipment means the part of a NIE’s Plant and Apparatus which has been or is to be provided and installed for the purposes of providing a connection between the NI Transmission System and the User’s Connection Plant and Apparatus at the Connection Point;
