Project Documents. In addition to any other pertinent and necessary Project documents, the following documents shall be used in the development of the Project:
Project Documents. (a) Project Co shall perform its obligations under, and observe all of the provisions of, each of the Project Documents to which it is a party, and shall ensure that each Project Co Party shall perform its obligations under, and observe all of the provisions of, each of the Project Documents to which such Project Co Party is a party, so as to ensure that other parties to such Project Documents shall not be entitled to terminate same. In the event that Project Co receives a Notice of default under any of the Project Documents, it shall promptly, and, in any event, no later than two Business Days after receipt thereof, deliver a copy of such Notice of default to Contracting Authority.
Project Documents. Project Documents. The words "Project Documents" mean the Plans and Specifications, all studies, data and drawings relating to the Project, whether prepared by or for Borrower, the Construction Contract, the Architect's Contract, and all other contracts and agreements relating to the Project or the construction of the Improvements.

Project Documents. (1) no event has occurred or condition exists which would permit the cancellation, termination, forfeiture or suspension of a Project Document, nor is any party to a Project Document in default under any term of a Project Document in any material respect;
Project Documents. 4.13.1 The Lender has received a true, complete and correct copy of each of the Project Documents in effect or required to be in effect as of the date this representation is made or deemed made (including all exhibits, schedules, side letters and disclosure letters to therein or delivered pursuant thereto, if any).
Project Documents. Borrower shall diligently and continuously undertake to Complete each Project in conformance with the applicable Project Documents. Borrower will perform its obligations under the Project Documents and will enforce the terms of the Project Documents.
Project Documents. The Drawings, Specifications, sketches, calculations, Engineer’s estimates and other documents prepared pursuant to this Agreement, in a reproducible computer media format, including AutoCAD, (“Project Documents”) are Instruments of Service. Although the official copyright in all Project Documents shall remain with Engineer and applicable Consultants, the Project Documents shall be the sole property of Owner and shall be delivered to Owner whenever requested. Engineer shall keep such documents and materials on file and available for audit by the Owner for at least three (3) years after the termination of this Agreement, whichever is later. Engineer may make duplicate copies of such materials and documents for its files or for such other purposes as may be authorized in writing by the Owner.
Project Documents. Includes: Consultant Material; Commonwealth Material; Approvals; the documents which the Consultant is obliged to maintain for any Engagement; and without limiting paragraphs (a) - (c), any other material produced or provided, or required to be provided, to the Commonwealth or the Commonwealth's Panel Manager under, for the purposes of or in connection with the Panel, the Panel Agreement or the Services.
