Conduct of Work. Lessee shall perform its mining activities on the Property in accordance with good mining practice, shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the performance of mining operations on the Property, and shall comply with the applicable worker’s compensation laws of the State of Nevada.
Conduct of Work. CSXT shall commence its work under this Agreement following: (i) delivery to CSXT of a notice to proceed from Agency; (ii) payment of Reimbursable Expenses (as provided by Section 4.1) as required by CSXT prior to the commencement of work by CSXT; (iii) issuance of all permits, approvals and authorizations necessary or appropriate for such work; and (iv) delivery of proof of insurance acceptable to CSXT, as required by Section 9. The initiation of any services by CSXT pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the issuance of purchase orders or bids for materials or services, shall constitute commencement of work for the purposes of this Section. The parties intend that all work by CSXT or on CSXT property shall conclude no later than one year from the date of this agreement, unless the parties mutually agree to extend such date.
Conduct of Work. Tenant shall confine the construction activity to within the Premises as much as possible and shall work in an orderly manner removing trash and debris from the project on a daily basis. At no time will pipes, wires, boards or other construction materials cross public areas where harm could be caused to the public. All such work shall be undertaken in strict compliance with all Applicable Laws and Landlord rules and regulations. If Tenant fails to comply with these requirements, Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to cause remedial action (at Tenant’s cost) as deemed necessary by Landlord to protect the public. Tenant shall complete construction of the Tenant Improvements free and clear of all liens, security interests and encumbrances of any kind.
Conduct of Work. Upon satisfaction of the requirements set forth in Section 15.4.1 and Section 15.4.2 above, Tenant shall perform the Work diligently and in a good, workmanlike and lien-free fashion, in accordance with (i) the Restoration Plans and Specifications; (ii) the permits and contracts referred to in Section 15.4.2 above; and (iii) all applicable Legal Requirements and other requirements of this Lease.
Conduct of Work. All construction work performed on the Premises shall be done at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and in a good and workmanlike manner. Tenant shall cause all work to be performed in accordance with all Laws and all other provisions of this Agreement. Tenant shall take all necessary safety precautions during any construction. All construction or alteration shall be performed and completed in a diligent manner. Tenant shall control all dust, noise and other material adverse effects of work on the Premises in accordance with good industry practices. Upon completion of any construction work for new improvements or structural alterations to existing improvements, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of Conoflex or Mylar final as-built plans and specifications for the improvements or alterations that are the subject of such construction work.
Conduct of Work. Xxxxx shall perform its activities on the Mineral Property in accordance with good mining practices, shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the performance of exploration operations on the Mineral Property, and shall comply with the applicable worker's compensation laws of the State of Montana.
Conduct of Work. The Contractor shall be responsible for planning and conducting all operations in a satisfactory workmanship manner. The Contractor shall exhibit respect for the citizens and their individual private properties. All operations shall be conducted under the review of the Municipality. The Contractor shall have and require strict compliance with a written Code of Ethics. 4.4
Conduct of Work. 4.1 The Parties shall perform or cause to perform all design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation and quality assurance/quality control in a Reasonable and Prudent manner and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct of Work. 2.1 All work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using first-class materials and employing New York State licensed electricians, plumbers and other professionals. All permitted work shall be completed within thirty (30) days after the commencement of work, unless special written permission is granted for an extension by the Board of Directors.
Conduct of Work. 2.01 The parties agree that this is a personal services contract and that the Consultant will dedicate to the performance of the Work the personal services of Xxxxx Xxxxxx and will not utilize the services of any other individual for such purpose.
