Conduct of Work. Lessee shall perform its mining activities on the Property in accordance with good mining practice, shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the performance of mining operations on the Property, and shall comply with the applicable worker’s compensation laws of the State of Nevada.
Conduct of Work. Tenant shall confine the construction activity to within the Premises as much as possible and shall work in an orderly manner removing trash and debris from the project on a daily basis. At no time will pipes, wires, boards or other construction materials cross public areas where harm could be caused to the public. All such work shall be undertaken in strict compliance with all Applicable Laws and Landlord rules and regulations. If Tenant fails to comply with these requirements, Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to cause remedial action (at Tenant’s cost) as deemed necessary by Landlord to protect the public. Tenant shall complete construction of the Tenant Improvements free and clear of all liens, security interests and encumbrances of any kind.
Conduct of Work. CSXT shall commence its work under this Agreement following: (i) delivery to CSXT of a notice to proceed from Agency; (ii) payment of Reimbursable Expenses (as provided by Section 4.1) as required by CSXT prior to the commencement of work by CSXT; (iii) issuance of all permits, approvals and authorizations necessary or appropriate for such work; and (iv) delivery of proof of insurance acceptable to CSXT, as required by Section 9. The initiation of any services by CSXT pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the issuance of purchase orders or bids for materials or services, shall constitute commencement of work for the purposes of this Section. The parties intend that all work by CSXT or on CSXT property shall conclude no later than two years from the date of this agreement, unless the parties mutually agree to extend such date.
Conduct of Work. Upon satisfaction of the requirements set forth in Section 15.4.1 and Section 15.4.2 above, Tenant shall perform the Work diligently and in a good, workmanlike and lien-free fashion, in accordance with (i) the Restoration Plans and Specifications; (ii) the permits and contracts referred to in Section 15.4.2 above; and (iii) all applicable Legal Requirements and other requirements of this Lease.
Conduct of Work. All construction work performed on the Premises shall be done at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and in a good and workmanlike manner. Tenant shall cause all work to be performed in accordance with all Laws and all other provisions of this Agreement. Tenant shall take all necessary safety precautions during any construction. All construction or alteration shall be performed and completed in a diligent manner. Tenant shall control all dust, noise and other material adverse effects of work on the Premises in accordance with good industry practices. Upon completion of any construction work for new improvements or structural alterations to existing improvements, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of Conoflex or Mylar final as-built plans and specifications for the improvements or alterations that are the subject of such construction work.

Conduct of Work. All persons employed by the Contractor shall either be experienced in this type of work or shall work with an experienced person. Separate cleaning cloths shall be used for bathrooms. Conduct of work shall indicate deliberate effort to produce quality results. Excellent customer service for our facility renters is required. Xxxxx or careless work is not acceptable. Three written notices of failure to perform within six month shall be considered evidence of noncompliance with the contract and shall be grounds for termination of the contract.

Conduct of Work. Unless otherwise provided herein, the Grantee with due diligence shall complete the work described in Attachment D, Scope of Work. In determining whether or not the Grantee has performed with due diligence hereunder, it is agreed and understood that the DEP may measure the amount and quality of the Grantee's effort against the written representations made by the Grantee in the negotiation of this Agreement.
