Section 15.4.1. 40 Should the District decide to discharge any non-annual employee, the employee shall be so 41 notified in writing prior to the expiration of the school year. Enforced budgetary curtailment 42 will apply.

A regular employee who works less than year round will be eligible for the Labor Day holiday when scheduled by the District to report to work in their regular position prior to Labor Day in order to start or prepare to start a new school year.
Section 15.4.1. 46 Base salary is defined as bid day guaranteed route time and will be pro-rated over twelve (12) 47 months. Work posted and awarded after bid day for at least sixty (60) work days may be 1 pro-rated at the employee’s request. All other work less than sixty (60) work days will be paid 2 off the timesheet.
