The Contractor shall require any and all subcontractors to submit to the Contractor all financial claims for Services or work to the State agency, as applicable, rendered and required supporting documentation and reports as necessary to permit Contractor to meet claim deadlines and documentation requirements as established in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting).
Attachment D is attached to this Agreement and is incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set out here in its entirety.
