Security Interests definition

Security Interests means the security interests granted pursuant to Section 2, as well as all other security interests created or assigned as additional security for the Secured Obligations pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Security Interests means the security interests in the Collateral created hereby.
Security Interests means the security interests in the Collateral granted hereunder securing the Secured Obligations.

  • This Master Confirmation shall constitute notification to the Custodian that all assets standing to the credit of the Collateral Account at any time and from time to time (including, without limitation, any Shares and the proceeds thereof) have been pledged by Counterparty to Dealer and Dealer shall have exclusive dominion and control over the Collateral Account until the Security Interests are terminated pursuant to Section 3(j) below.

  • The Security Interests are granted as security only and shall not subject the Custodian or Dealer to, or transfer or in any way affect or modify, any obligation or liability of Counterparty or the Issuer with respect to any of the Collateral or any transaction in connection therewith.

Security Interests means all security interests registered on the PPSR over Included Chattels and Improvements;
