CONDUCT OF GUESTS. Lessee has a duty to supervise and control the conduct of Lessee’s family, guests, invitees, employees, and agents. Violation by the Lessee, his/her family, invitees, guests, employees, and agents of any of the terms of this lease shall be deemed as a violation by Lessee and shall give the Lessor the right to terminate the tenancy and commence eviction proceedings as provided for by law.
CONDUCT OF GUESTS. Licensee acknowledges that Cedarcroft Club is in a residential neighborhood with nearby homes. Licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of all agents, employees, attendees and invitees with respect to noise, access to neighboring properties and littering.

Should the Building Hall Monitors and/or Yeadon Police determine the event has become an uncontrolled event; they have the authority to close the building and require the RENTER and guests to vacate the premises.

DAMAGE BY FIRE OR ACT OF GOD: Lessee shall not permit any act or thing deemed hazardous by Lessor on account of fire or that may increase the rate of insurance on said premises. In case the premises shall be damaged by fire, rain, wind or other cause beyond the control of the Lessor, unless the same shall occur for any reason for which the Lessee is responsible, then the premises may be repaired within a reasonable time at the expense of the Lessor; and in case the damage be so extensive as to render the premises unfit for human habitation, the rent shall cease until such time as the premises shall be put completely in repair. In case of total destruction of the premises by fire or otherwise, the rent shall be paid up to the time of such destruction and from thenceforth this agreement and the tenancy shall cease and come to an end. In the event the damage is caused by act of Lessee, or someone on the property by reason of Lessee, there shall be no reduction of rent and Lessee shall be liable and pay for costs of repair, without deduction for depreciation. Any insurance deductible incurred by a loss caused by Lesee or Xxxxxx’s family, guests, invitees, or others shall be payable by Xxxxxx. CONDUCT OF GUESTS. The LESSEE is solely responsible for the safety and conduct of guests or others on the premises both during and immediately after the event. All posted pool rules and regulations must be observed. LESSEE MUST BE PRESENT ON THE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES DURING THE LEASE PERIOD. The lease period is a maximum of 3 hours for private parties.
CONDUCT OF GUESTS the HOST is solely responsibility for the conduct of all guests on the premises incidental to or during the time of the rental. The HOST must be present on the premises at all times during the rental period. All functions primarily attended by minors will require an appropriate number of adult chaperons. The HOST will ensure strict observance of all guests to all rules and regulations of the Association regarding the use of and conduct on the rented premises.
CONDUCT OF GUESTS. RULES The Property Owner is solely responsible for the conduct of guests or others on the Reserved premises incidental to or during the time of the lease. THE Property Owner MUST BE PRESENT ON THE RESERVED PREMISES AT ALL TIMES DURING THE RESERVATION PERIOD. Property Owner agrees to be responsible for strict observance and adherence by Property Owner and Property Owner’s guests to all rules and regulations of Redland Heights Owners Association, regarding use of and conduct on the Clubhouse premises. A copy of such rules is attached hereto and is part hereof. CLEAN UP IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST MEMBER. Guest parking is permitted on the street, but must not block driveways.
