COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS. It shall be the sole responsibility of Contractor to perform all activities incident to the Work in a manner consistent with applicable safety standards and to ensure that all completed and in process Work satisfies all applicable safety standards. Contractor is also responsible for obtaining District’s rules and regulations pertaining to safety and security, including driving on school grounds, particularly when children are present.
COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS. Tenant shall comply with all safety, fire protection and evacuation procedures and regulations established by Landlord or by any government agency and participate in practice drills scheduled from time to time by Landlord.
COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS. The Exhibitor assumes and bears total responsibility for compliance with any and all local, state and federal fire, health and safety laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to the installation, operation and removal of Exhibitor’s exhibit. All materials used in the exhibit area must conform to all insurance underwriter’s regulations. The Exhibitor will not permit any article to be located in the exhibition premises which will void insurance or increase premiums of insurance policies on the building in which the GISA Annual Conference is held.
COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS. Lessee shall comply, and Lessee shall cause Lessee’s Employees to comply, with all safety, fire protection, and evacuation procedures and regulations established by Lessor or by any government agency.
COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS. MU shall comply with all applicable Safety Regulations including specifically and without reservation or limitation those of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor, in the exercise and performance of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. MU shall provide to CITY, upon request of the CITY, certification from an independent testing laboratory confirming the radio-frequency energy emitted by any Antenna installed on City-owned Light Poles is below the maximum standard threshold level established for safe human approach and contact.
COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS. Tenant shall comply with all safety, fire protection, and evacuation procedures and regulations established by Landlord or by any government agency. Nothing contained here is intended or shall be construed to alter or diminish any obligations of Tenant under any portion(s) of their Lease addressing compliance with Laws.

The Consultant shall comply with safety instructions issued by City Safety Officer and other City representatives. The Consultant personnel shall wear hard hats and safety vests at all times while working on the construction project site.
COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS. Consultant shall comply with OSHA and California OSHA regulations applicable to the Consultant regarding necessary safety equipment or procedures. Consultant shall comply with safety instructions issued by SANDAG or other government representatives. Consultant’s personnel shall wear white hard hats and orange safety vests at all times while working on a construction Project site and/or within the vicinity of vehicular traffic.
COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS. (A) Developer shall plan for, and ensure, that all Developer Representatives performing the Work comply with all provisions of OSHA Safety and Health Standards (29 CFR 1910) and General Construction Standards (29 CFR 1926) as such federal regulations or the -94- 16200.002-2444287 California state law equivalent, whichever is more stringent. The responsibility for the implementation and enforcement of health and safety requirements lies solely with Developer and Developer Representatives, and not County or any County Representative. Developer shall use and provide on-site Material Safety Data Sheets or Safety Data Sheets in compliance with OSHA Hazard Communication Standards.
