County Representative definition

County Representative means the individual obligated to perform the duties of county representative under section 9.
County Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the County in matters relating to the Base Lease, the Sub-Base Lease, the Facilities Agreement, the Lease Agreement or this Trust Agreement as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to the Corporation and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the County by its County Administrator. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the County Representative.

  • Upon request of the County Representative and the Authority’s Representative, the Company shall meet with County.

More Definitions of County Representative

County Representative means the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the County, the County Manager or the Finance Director or any person at the time designated, by a written certificate furnished to the Board of Education and signed on the County’s behalf by its County Manager, to act on the County’s behalf for the purpose of performing any act under this Lease.
County Representative means (i) the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners, County Manager of the County, Finance Director of the County or such other person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the County for the purpose of performing any act under this Contract by a written certificate furnished to the Lender containing the specimen signatures of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the County by the County Manager of the County, or (ii) if any or all of the County’s rights and obligations are assigned under this Contract, the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the County and the assignee by a written certificate similarly furnished and of the same tenor.
County Representative means any person authorized from time to time in writing by the County, or its successors and assigns, to perform a designated act or execute a designated document.
