Communication Infrastructure Sample Clauses

Communication Infrastructure. Planet Payment shall bear the cost of establishing the telecommunications links and network interfaces required to be established as set forth in section 3.6 with respect to Planet Payment. Each party shall bear the sole cost of maintaining the telecommunications links and network interfaces required to be maintained by each of them respectively as set forth in section 3.6 with respect to Planet Payment and in Section 4.2 with respect to Acquirer.
Communication Infrastructure. The communication infrastructure should either be based on Canopy based RF mesh / PLCC /cellular network (4G/Nb-IOT) or a combination of these. Communication network shall provide reliable medium for two-way communication between various nodes (Smart Meter, Gateway/Router/Access Point (wherever applicable)) & HES. Canopy based RF based network should use licensed / unlicensed frequency band as permitted by WPC. The engagement of network service provider would be in the scope of AMISP to meet the performance level as given in the document. Meter data shall be routed / collected by field devices like Gateway/Router/Access Point wherever applicable given the communication technology used and transported to HES through WAN backhaul connectivity.
Communication Infrastructure. The communication infrastructure should either be based on RF / RF mesh network / PLCC /cellular network or a combination of these. Communication network shall provide reliable medium for two-way communication between various nodes (Smart Meter, Gateway/Router/Access Point/ DCU (wherever applicable)) & HES. RF based network should use licensed / unlicensed frequency band as permitted by WPC. The engagement of network service provider would be in the scope of AMISP to meet the performance level as given in the document. Meter data shall be routed / collected by field devices like Gateway/Router/Access Point, Data Concentrator Units (DCUs) wherever applicable given the communication technology used and transported to HES through WAN backhaul connectivity.
Communication Infrastructure. Dedicated spaces and pathways are included for use by Communication Providers to serve Tenant needs. Demark Room and Floor Plate Telecom rooms dedicated for use are provided by Landlord. Vertical 4” pathways are included for Provider main distribution to Tenant-initiated MDF Rooms.
Communication Infrastructure the entire machinery of channels along which exchanges of cli- mate-related ideas and information take place, which are not considered to be services - even before any service is given, the collectors and processors of data and information need to be in meaningful exchange about data and information (share all this or first of all exchange ideas about what could be worth further sharing or using for particular purposes; conventions and other shared rules of use are negotiated by communication); the fora, platforms, arenas where personnel work in and are interested in, relating to climate data and information; including the institutional and organisational structures as well as personnel needed for the service activities;
Communication Infrastructure. The Employee shall comply with the Company’s policies and instructions regarding the use of the Company’s telephones, computers, e-mail system, internet services and software programs (“Communication Infrastructure”). The Employee shall at all times refrain from using the Communication Infrastructure for any inappropriate or illegal purpose.
Communication Infrastructure. Because ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is a distributed framework with agents and services running in very diverse environments, communication between components is essential. The most important parts of the communication system are registration, discovery of services, clients-services interaction and agent cooperation. Figure 2.2: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Communication Infrastructure [MLComInfra]. Where secure communication is needed, the communication between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ components is made using TCP connections combined with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). To gather and use data from multiple agents written in multiple programming languages, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ uses web services to exchange data between components. The data is used according to the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) for data exchanged between components and SOAP. These two technologies allow non-native (non java) applications to use ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ services. Easy information exchange is provided through agents which can communicate with each other or services through ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ proxies, in a similar way to mail relay. An agent sends a message to the proxy, the proxy verifies that the source is genuine and then tries to deliver the message to the destination. If for some reason the destination is unavailable, the message is stored locally for a period of time and transmissions is attempted again. If the message still cannot be delivered, an error message is sent back to the source. The agents communicate with each other using three types of messages: • Unicast. Like in networking, the unicast message is a normal message, sent from a single source to a single destination • Broadcast. The broadcast message is sent from a single source to all the agents within the group. • Information. The information message is sent by an agent to the proxy to request information about other agents. An agent can ask a proxy for information about agents within the same group or for information about all agents known to the proxy.
Communication Infrastructure. In order to ensure that the Parties are able to communicate effectively and promptly with one another regarding the day-to-day administration of the Alliance and its business, the Parties agree to install an appropriate communications infrastructure (including electronic mail links) immediately after signing this Agreement for use by their respective officers and employees in connection with the Alliance. Each of the Parties will bear the costs of its compliance with this Section 3.9.
