Frequency Band Sample Clauses
The Frequency Band clause defines the specific range of radio frequencies that are allocated for use under the agreement. In practice, this clause identifies the exact frequency spectrum—such as 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz—that the licensee or user is permitted to operate within, ensuring that all parties are clear on the technical boundaries of their rights. By specifying the frequency band, the clause helps prevent interference with other users and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby providing clarity and reducing the risk of disputes over spectrum usage.
Frequency Band. The portion of the electromagnetic spectrum within a specified upper- and lower-frequency limit (e.g., C-, Ka-, K-, Ku-, X-band).
Frequency Band. The frequency band and permissible power limits from the base stations are as per details given below. Only available frequency slots in these bands shall be considered for allotment to the Licensee as per NFAP-2002, revised from time to time. 300MHz or 400MHz or 800MHz
Frequency Band. The frequency band and permissible power limits from the base stations are as per details given below. Only available frequency slots in these bands 300MHz or 400MHz or 800MHz
Frequency Band. The assigned frequencies between 806-821 MHz are for base receive and between 851-866 MHz for base transmit. Carriers are spaced every 25 kHz in 45 MHz channel pairs. Channels offset by 12.5 kHz are supported.
Frequency Band. The frequency band and permissible power limits from the base stations are as per details given below. Only available frequency slots in these bands shall be considered for allotment to the Licensee as per NFAP-2002, revised from time to time.-
a) Frequency Band: (i) 811-814 MHz paired with 856-859 MHz. for digital PMRTS (ii) 814-819 MHz paired with 859-864 MHz for Analogue PMRTS.
