Common use of Clothing and Safety Footwear Clause in Contracts

Clothing and Safety Footwear. 12.1 The following clothing will be supplied to all employees (after one (1) month of commencement) and will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. The issue will be: • 1 pair of safety boots • 6 shirts or shorts/trousers, or any combination as agreed Not withstanding the above, 1 pair of safety boots will be supplied to the employee on commencement for new entrants to the industry.
