Change of Residence. The Employer agrees that when any full-time employee is required to move his/her residence for the "good of the state" after he/she has been permanently assigned, the actual moving expenses shall be borne by the Employer, in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services Manual of Procedure. Employees involved in voluntary moves or moves necessitated by promotion are liable for their own moving expenses.
Change of Residence. We have been advised that certain provisions of this Agreement may be in conflict with the law of other jurisdictions. If we change our respective residences to another state, we agree to consult with an attorney or attorneys in the new jurisdiction to determine if this Agreement presents any problems in the new jurisdiction. If either of us is advised that there are sufficient legal issues to constitute a problem, this Agreement may be reformed to effectuate the original intent by mandatory arbitration upon the request of either of us.
Change of Residence. 1) The employer is required to pay the allowances specified in Article 23.09 to any employee who notifies it of a change of residence that is recognized by the Commission and that entails additional expenses. However, any employee who fails to declare in writing to his employer any change of residence entailing additional expenses shall not be entitled to an increase in the allowances specified in Article 23.09.
Change of Residence. In the event of any change of residence on the part of either party herein so long as the custody and visitation provisions of this Agreement are in effect, said party changing his or her residence shall notify the other party at least one month in advance of the intent to change residence and of the location of the new residence and shall furnish to him or her the complete new address and, as soon as determined, the new telephone number at the new residence. Change of Residence. If the said Player is on the Roster, (Roster shall include active Roster, injured Player’s List, Injured Waivers List, and Disabled List) of the acquiring Member Club for a minimum of five (5) games (games shall include regular season games, playoff games, and Grey Cup game) or as of the last regular season game, playoff or Grey Cup game of the season in which his Contract was assigned, and the Player changes his place of residence to the City where the acquiring Member Club is situate, the Player shall be reimbursed by the acquiring Member Club, the following:
Change of Residence. Exhibit P CONTRACTOR shall notify parents in writing of their obligation to notify CONTRACTOR of changes in pupil’s residence. Within three (3) school days after CONTRACTOR or XXX becomes aware of a LEA pupil’s change of residence, CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA and/or LEA shall notify CONTRACOTR of the LEA pupil’s change of residence. Upon enrollment, CONTRACTOR shall notify parents in writing of the parent’s obligation to notify CONTRACTOR of the LEA pupil’s change of residence. CONTRACTOR shall maintain, and provide upon request by XXX, documentation of such notice to parents. If the pupil’s new residence is located outside of LEA’s boundaries and CONTRACTOR fails to follow the procedures specified in this provision, XXX shall not be responsible for the costs of services delivered after the pupil’s change of residence if CONTRACTOR knew of the pupil’s change of residence. When the CONTRACTOR becomes aware of an emergency change of placement (e.g. hospitalization, juvenile hall, etc.), CONTRACTOR shall verbally notify LEA immediately (within 24 hours) and shall confirm the same in writing within three (3) days. When CONTRACTOR becomes aware that a pupil place into an LCI by another governmental agency and attending its NPS has changed residency, CONTRACTOR shall verbally notify LEA immediately (within 24 hours) and shall confirm the same in writing with (3) days on LEA approved forms.
Change of Residence. The Pledgor will keep his residence and the place where he keeps his records concerning the Collateral at the location specified therefor in Section 4(a) or, upon at least 30 days' prior written notice to the Collateral Agent, at such other location in a jurisdiction where all actions required by Section 5(i) shall have been taken with respect to all of the Collateral.
Change of Residence. During the term of this Agreement, continuing employees who are changing their place of residence shall be allowed leave, with pay, not exceeding one (1) day for the purpose of moving their household effects. Continuing part-time employees shall be entitled to take a whole day off; but they shall be paid on a pro rata basis according to the number of hours which would normally have been worked by the employee in the bi-weekly period within which the change of residence takes place.
