Voluntary Moves Clause Samples

The 'Voluntary Moves' clause defines the rights and procedures for a tenant to move out of a leased property before the lease term ends by their own choice. Typically, this clause outlines the notice period the tenant must provide to the landlord, any fees or penalties that may apply, and the conditions under which the tenant can terminate the lease early, such as being in good standing with rent payments. Its core practical function is to provide a clear, agreed-upon process for early termination initiated by the tenant, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes for both parties.
Voluntary Moves. In the event that a position is open, teachers desiring a voluntary move will submit a written request to the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. All such requests will be acknowledged in writing and teachers will be given an interview if licensed and qualified. If a teacher is not selected for a vacant position, s/he will be advised of such orally and will be provided with the reasons (orally) that s/he was not selected.
