Change of Management. Not to make any substantial change in the present executive or management personnel of the Borrower.
Change of Management. Upon and as a condition of Closing this Agreement:
Change of Management. Any Change of Management shall occur;
Change of Management the Vessel ceases to be managed by the relevant Manager(s) (for any reason other than the reason of a Total Loss or sale of the Vessel) without the approval of the Lender and the Borrower fails to appoint another Manager prior to the termination of the mandate with the previous Manager(s); or

If (i) Nxxx Xxxxxx ceases to be employed as, and actively perform the duties of, the chief executive officer of Holdings, or (ii) Cxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx ceases to be employed as, and actively perform the duties of, the vice president of finance of Holdings, in each case unless a successor is appointed within ninety (90) days after the termination of such individual’s employment and such successor is reasonably satisfactory to Agent;
Change of Management. Permit Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and -------------------- Xxxxxx Xxxxxx at any time not to be active on a substantially full time basis in the affairs of the Borrower by maintaining the positions of President/Chief Operating Officer, Vice President/Secretary and Chairman of the Board, respectively, or their equivalents, provided that the failure of any one or two of such individuals to comply with this Section 7.15 shall not be deemed a violation of this Section 7.15.
Change of Management. There occurs any Change of Management.

Change of Management. Less than two-thirds of the Executive Management Team of Communications on the Closing Date continue to hold positions on the Executive Management Team of Communications.
