Injured Person under this section means a Member covered by the EOC who sustains an injury or illness and any spouse, dependent or other person or entity that may recover on behalf of such Member including the estate of the Member and, if the Member is a minor, the guardian or parent of the Member. When referred to in this section, "KFHPWA's Medical Expenses" means the expenses incurred and the value of the benefits provided by KFHPWA under this EOC for the care or treatment of the injury or illness sustained by the Injured Person.
injured party means any person entitled to claim compensation in respect of any loss or injury caused by a vehicle;
Insured Person s year” means a year from the date of commencement of the insured person’s policy, or from the anniversary date of the commencement of the insured person.
Insured Persons means the person/s named in the Schedule to the Policy, who is/are Resident Indian/s and for whom the insurance is also proposed and appropriate premium paid.
Accidental Damage means physical damage, breakage or failure of Your Covered Equipment due to an unforeseen and unintentional event occurring either due to handling (e.g., dropping the Covered Equipment or through liquid contact) or due to an external event (e.g., extreme environmental or atmospheric conditions). The damage must affect the functionality of Your Covered Equipment, which includes cracks to the display screen that affect the visibility of the display.
leprosy cured person means a person who has been cured of leprosy but is suffering from—
Mysterious Disappearance means any disappearance of Property which, after a reasonable investigation has been conducted, cannot be explained.
Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.
disabled person means any person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities; has a record of such impairment; or is regarded as having such an impairment.
Loss or Damage means any loss or damage to the Vehicle, including that caused by theft of the Vehicle or by adverse weather events, that requires repair or replacement including the loss of use of the Vehicle (demurrage), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, storage, service charges and any appraisal fees of the Vehicle;
Serious damage means any specific defect described in this section; or an equally objectionable variation of any one of these defects, any other defect, or any combination of defects which seriously detracts from the appearance or the edible or marketing quality of the fruit. The following specific defects shall be considered as serious damage:
Miscarriage means expulsion of the contents of a pregnant uterus at any period prior to or during the twenty-sixth week of pregnancy, but does not include any miscarriage, the causing of which is punishable under the Indian Penal Code;
Issuer Covered Person shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(oo).
Covered Program means an education program or activity over which the College exercised substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurred.

Catastrophic Damage as used hereunder is major change or damage to In- cluded Timber on Sale Area, to Sale Area, to access to Sale Area, or a combination thereof:
Damage means actual and/or physical damage to tangible property;
Homelessness or "homeless" means a condition where an
Aggrieved person is the person or persons making the claim.
Covered Person means: (a) any officer, director, shareholder, partner, member, representative, employee or agent of (i) the Trust or (ii) the Trust's Affiliates; and (b) any Holder of Securities.
Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.
Alternate Recipient means any Child of a Participant who is recognized under a Medical Child Support Order as having a right to enrollment under this Plan as the Participant’s eligible Dependent. For purposes of the benefits provided under this Plan, an Alternate Recipient shall be treated as an eligible Dependent, but for purposes of the reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA, an Alternate Recipient shall have the same status as a Participant.
Covered Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 20(a).
Adult caregiver means an adult person whom a parent has au- thorized to provide temporary care for a child under Family Code Chapter 34. Family Code 34.0015(1)
Material Damage and "Materially Damaged" means damage which, in Seller's reasonable estimation, exceeds $200,000.00 to repair or which, in Seller's reasonable estimation, will take longer than ninety (90) days to repair.
Substantial damage means damage of any origin sustained by a structure whereby the cost of restoring the structure to its before damaged condition would equal or exceed 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the damage occurred.
