City Policy definition

City Policy shall refer to any or all City Policies as the context may require.
City Policy means any ordinance, resolution, administrative regulation, departmental policy, or any other official expression of City procedures, policies, or practices.

More Definitions of City Policy

City Policy. The Property has been declared “Surplus Real Propertyin accordance with the City’s Policy for the Disposition of City Owned Surplus Real Property [“Policy”], which is attached hereto and incorporated herein in its entirety. All listings and sales of the Property shall be expressly subject to and fully comply with the Policy, unless modified or waived by the City Commission. The refusal by the City to sell to a prospective purchaser because of any condition, provision or reason set forth in the Policy shall not constitute a default or breach of this Agreement.

  • Fidelity Insurance means insurance coverage with respect to employee errors, omissions, dishonesty, forgery, theft, disappearance and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, property (other than money and securities) and computer fraud.
