Regular Season Games. The total schedule of all football games played by NFL Teams used by the NFL to determine which NFL Teams participate in Post-Season Games.

Regular Season Games. Each team will play all other teams within its division at least one time, and will play the following targeted number of regular season games:  12 games - DuPage Parochial Conference – 7th and 8th grades  10 games - DuPage Parochial Conference – 5th and 6th grades  12 games - DPL West Conference – 7th and 8th grades  10 games - DPL West Conference – 5th and 6th grades
Regular Season Games. Each Team agrees that in no event will it play more than 82 Regular Season games.
Regular Season Games. The Tickets purchased as part of a Season Ticket Plan are only for those Games that are part of the National Lacrosse League (the “NLL”) 2021-22 regular season, or any subsequent regular season for which you, if you have a Full Season Ticket Plan, have not opted-out (collectively, “Regular Season Games”). Nothing in the Tickets, a Season Ticket Plan or this Agreement, should be construed to create a right on the part of any holder of any Ticket or Season Ticket Plan to Tickets for Games or events (e.g., pre-season Games, playoff Games, the NLL All-Star game, the NLL draft or other international or neutral site Games) (“League Special Games”) other than those Games which are Regular Season Games. Further, you acknowledge and agree that we and/or the NLL may, as determined in our or the NLL’s sole discretion: (i) cancel, postpone, reschedule or relocate Games for any reason (e.g., move a Game to an alternate venue for the purposes of playing a League Special Game, designate a Game as a sponsor Game) or (ii) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the rules, operations and presentations of NLL games and events (including, without limitation, Games) (collectively, “Preemption”). You hereby waive and release any and all claims you may have against us or the NLL with respect to the Preemption of any game or event (including, without limitation, any Game).

  • Campaign Contribution Restriction For all State contracts as defined in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 9-612(g)(1) having a value in a calendar year of $50,000 or more or a combination or series of such agreements or contracts having a value of $100,000 or more, the authorized signatory to this Contract expressly acknowledges receipt of the State Elections Enforcement Commission's notice advising state contractors of state campaign contribution and solicitation prohibitions, and will inform its principals of the contents of the notice, as set forth in “Notice to Executive Branch State Contractors and Prospective State Contractors of Campaign Contribution and Solicitation Limitations,” attached as Exhibit C.

  • Campaign Contribution Restrictions For all State contracts as defined in C.G.S. § 9-612(g) the authorized signatory to this Contract expressly acknowledges receipt of the State Elections Enforcement Commission’s (“SEEC”) notice advising state contractors of state campaign contribution and solicitation prohibitions, and will inform its principles of the contents of the notice. See Form reproduced and inserted below.

  • INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE, POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS The Fund will provide the Sub-Adviser with the statement of investment objective, policies and restrictions applicable to the Series as contained in the Series' Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, all amendments or supplements to the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, and any instructions adopted by the Board of Trustees supplemental thereto. The Fund agrees, on an ongoing basis, to notify the Sub-Adviser in writing of each change in the fundamental and non-fundamental investment policies of the Series and will provide the Sub-Adviser with such further information concerning the investment objective, policies, restrictions and such other information applicable thereto as the Sub-Adviser may from time to time reasonably request for performance of its obligations under this Agreement. The Fund retains the right, on written notice to the Sub-Adviser or the Adviser, to modify any such objective, policies or restrictions in accordance with applicable laws, at any time.

  • Distribution Compliance Period The Purchaser agrees not to resell, pledge or transfer any Purchased Shares within the United States or to any U.S. Person, as each of those terms is defined in Regulation S, during the 40 days following the Closing Date.

  • Distribution Restrictions The Employer must elect in Section 6.03 the Adoption Agreement the distribution events permitted under the Plan. The distribution events applicable to the Participant's Deferral Contributions Account, Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account and Qualified Matching Contributions Account must satisfy the distribution restrictions described in paragraph (m) of Section 14.03.

  • Target Population The Grantee shall ensure that diversion programs and services provided under this grant are designed to serve juvenile offenders who are at risk of commitment to Department.

  • Promotional Probationary Period An employee who has previously completed the requisite probationary period and who is rejected during a subsequent probationary period for a promotional appointment shall be reinstated to the former position from which the employee was appointed. If the employee was dismissed from employment during the promotional probationary period, the employee shall not be entitled to such reinstatement rights.

  • Transfer of Service and Seniority Effective October 10, 1986, and for employees who transfer subsequent to October 10, 1986, an employee whose status is changed from full-time to part- time shall receive credit for her full service and seniority.

  • Withdrawal Restrictions We will pay checks or drafts, permit withdrawals, and make transfers from available funds in your account. The availability of funds in your account may be delayed as described in our Funds Availability Policy Disclosure. We may also pay checks or drafts, permit withdrawals, and make transfers from your account from insufficient available funds if you have established an overdraft protection plan or, if you do not have such a plan with us, in accordance with our overdraft payment policy. We may refuse to allow a withdrawal in some situations and will advise you accordingly if: (1) there is a dispute between account owners (unless a court has ordered the Credit Union to allow the withdrawal); (2) a legal garnishment or attachment is served; (3) the account secures any obligation to us; (4) required documentation has not been presented; or (5) you fail to repay a credit union loan on time. We may require you to give written notice of seven (7) to 60 days before any intended withdrawals.

  • Promotional Opportunities Each university shall promote upward mobility of employees by announcing opportunities as they occur. In all cases, it is the employee’s responsibility to make proper application for such positions. If an employee meets the minimum and special qualifications for a position, he/she will be considered.
