Certificate License. The Administrator shall furnish to and maintain for the Board a valid and appropriate certificate/license to act as school Administrator in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and as directed by the Board. The Administrator will further acquire and maintain any and all necessary credentials required by law or the Illinois State Board of Education in order to evaluate the performance of principals, other administrators, and teachers during the term of this Agreement. The parties expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is contingent upon the Administrator maintaining the foregoing certifications, credentials, and licenses as specified in this Section and the Administrator’s failure to maintain these certifications renders this Agreement void.
Certificate License. Subject to the terms and conditionsstated herein, after issuance of a Certificate, Sectigogrants Subscriber a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limitedlicense to use the issued Certificate (i) on the server hosting the domain name(s) listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate, or (ii) for purposes of encrypting email messages, if the Certificate isa Client Certificate, (iii) to sign software objects or code, if the Certificate is a Code Signing Certificate, or (iv) to sign PDF documents for Subscriber legitimate business purposes, until the earlier of expiration or revocation of the Certificateor termination of this Agreement as provided herein. All rights not expressly granted herein to Subscriber are reserved to Sectigo.

Effective immediately after issuance and continuing until the Certificate either expires or is revoked, Peruri CA grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Certificate, for the benefit of the subject identified therein, and in connection with properly licensed and operating cryptographic software, to: (i) create Digital Signatures, (ii) encrypt and decrypt communications, and (iii) perform other Public Key or Private Key operations. You are solely responsible for any failure to renew or replace a Certificate prior to its expiration.

DigiCert strongly discourages certificate or key pinning, using Certificates trusted for the web with non-web PKI, or any other use of Certificates that would make it difficult for Customer to meet the revocation timelines or other requirements of the CPS, and any such use will not be considered a sufficient reason to delay revocation. “

The Chief Innovation Officer/Principal shall furnish to and maintain for the Board a valid and appropriate certificate/license to act as a Principal and school administrator in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and as directed by the Board. The Chief Innovation Officer/Principal will further acquire and maintain any and all necessary credentials required by law or the Illinois State Board of Education in order to evaluate the performance of certified teachers and principals/assistant principals during the term of this Agreement. The parties expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is contingent upon the Chief Innovation Officer/Principal maintaining the foregoing certifications, credentials and licenses as specified in this Section and her failure to maintain these certifications renders this Agreement void.
