Cryptographic Software. We do not provide cryptographic software for your use. When using third party cryptographic software to perform Public Key or Private Key operations in relation to a Certificate, you shall be responsible for ensuring that such cryptographic software is properly licensed and operating. The accessibility and operation of the Certificate Services, Channels, Repository Materials, Certificates and Key Pairs may rely on technologies outside our control. We do not guarantee their continuous accessibility or uninterrupted accessibility and operation.
Cryptographic Software. I understand that cryptographic software is subject to export controls under the Export Administration Regulations and that I may not export the software. Please refer to 15 CFR Chapter VII, Subchapter C, as issued by the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Export Administration (BXA) under laws relating to the control of certain exports, re-exports, and activities.
