Behaviour Standards. SAMPLE COPY By entering into this Agreement you undertake for yourself and people who occupy the Caravan as your guests (including children) to adopt the following standards of behaviour: a To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us and other customers of ours. b To supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. c You further agree that you will not: • Commit any criminal offence at the Park or use the Caravan for the furtherance of any criminal activity. • Commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance. • Keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the Park. • Use any unlawful drugs. • Create any noise or disturbance. • Carry on any trade or business at the Park. You accept that any breach of these behaviour standards may bring about the termination of your Licence. CLAUSE 7: REVIEW OF PITCH FEES a We are entitled to review the Pitch Fee on the Review Date set out in Part

Behaviour Standards. All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner while on site. Xxxxxxx and rude behaviour while at the accommodation is not acceptable and reflects negatively not only on the individual behaving badly but impacts directly on the reputation of the company. Bad behaviour is viewed seriously by EC&E and may result in termination of employment. SERIOUS MISCONDUCT Serious misconduct will result in instant dismissal: An inclusive but not limited list of examples of types of actions that constitute serious misconduct are: • Refusing to obey a lawful and reasonable instruction in the performance of the assigned work duties. • Consuming alcohol or consuming or being in possession of illicit drugs on site. • Offensive conduct, intimidating or assaulting other employees or customers/clients on site or at the accommodation. • Proven sexual harassment in the work place. • Unauthorised possession of / or movement of E C & E, client or other employees property. • Wilful, irresponsible or negligent acts which result or could result in damage to E C & E or Client property, products or personnel. • Failing to wear appropriate work clothing or to use or wear any specified clothing, footwear or equipment provided. • Failing to comply with safety regulations, safety signs, equipment isolation and plant entry procedures. • Sleeping on the job. • Other matters as may be advised from time to time by E C & E Pty Ltd. LESS SERIOUS MISCONDUCT Less serious misconduct may result in dismissal after the following steps: First offence : Verbal warning Second offence : Written warning Third offence : Dismissal Warnings are not limited to the repetition of the same offence. An inclusive but not limited list of examples of types of actions that constitute less serious misconduct are: • Failure to maintain good housekeeping • Failure to be ready to commence work at the scheduled timeReporting to work in a physical condition as to be unable (in the opinion of the employer) to safely perform his/her normal work. • Being absent without authorization. • Failing to perform work to the required standard. • Smoking in a non-smoking area. • Verbally abusing other employees on the site. • Acting in an irresponsible manner, defacing E C & E Pty Ltd and Client property or indulging in practical jokes which may endanger other employees. • Unauthorised use of equipment, vehicles and phone. • Other matters as may be advised from time to time by E C & E Pty Ltd.

  • Contractor Standards Contractor shall comply with Contractor Standards provisions codified in the SDMC. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of Contractor Standards may be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Data Practices The Public Entity agrees with respect to any data that it possesses regarding the G.O. Grant, the Project, or the operation of the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility, to comply with all of the provisions and restrictions contained in the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act contained in Chapter 13 of the Minnesota Statutes that exists as of the date of this Agreement and as such may subsequently be amended, modified or replaced from time to time.

  • Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • ETHICAL STANDARDS a. Distributor and each of its sub-distributors will comply with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, will not have its directors, officers or employees, directly or indirectly, offer, promise or pay any bribes or other improper payments for the purposes of promoting and/or selling Products to any individual, corporation, government official or agency or other entity. No gift, benefit or contribution in any way related to MEC or the promotion and/or sale of Products will be made to political or public officials or candidates for public office or to political organizations, regardless of whether such contributions are permitted by local laws.

  • Work Standards The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.

  • Corrupt Practices Legislation Neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries or affiliates nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives or agents acting on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or affiliates, has (i) violated any anti-bribery or anti-corruption laws applicable to the Company or any Subsidiary, including Canada’s Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, or (ii) offered, paid, promised to pay, or authorized the payment of any money, or offered, given, promised to give, or authorized the giving of anything of value, that goes beyond what is reasonable and customary and/or of modest value: (X) to any Government Official, whether directly or through any other Person, for the purpose of influencing any act or decision of a Government Official in his or her official capacity; inducing a Government Official to do or omit to do any act in violation of his or her lawful duties; securing any improper advantage; inducing a Government Official to influence or affect any act or decision of any Governmental Entity; or assisting any representative of the Company or any Subsidiary or affiliate in obtaining or retaining business for or with, or directing business to, any Person; or (Y) to any Person in a manner which would constitute or have the purpose or effect of public or commercial bribery, or the acceptance of or acquiescence in extortion, kickbacks, or other unlawful or improper means of obtaining business or any improper advantage. Neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries or affiliates nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives or agents, has (i) conducted or initiated any review, audit, or internal investigation that concluded the Company or its Subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives or agents violated such laws or committed any material wrongdoing, or (ii) made a voluntary, directed, or involuntary disclosure to any Governmental Entity responsible for enforcing anti-bribery or anti-corruption laws, in each case with respect to any alleged act or omission arising under or relating to noncompliance with any such laws, or received any notice, request, or citation from any Person alleging non-compliance with any such laws.

  • Ethics No officer, agent or employee of the Board is or shall be employed by Provider or has or shall have a financial interest, directly or indirectly, in this Agreement or the compensation to be paid hereunder except as may be permitted in writing by the Board’s Code of Ethics, adopted May 25, 2011 (11-0525-PO2), as amended from time to time, which policy is hereby incorporated by reference into and made part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein.

  • Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.
