OMB Standards. Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.
OMB Standards. Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200. Please reference Exhibit F and Exhibit G.
OMB Standards. The Subrecipient shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110, Property Management Standards, as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) covering utilization and disposal of property.
OMB Standards. The Subrecipient shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR 200.318, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow Attachment N, Property Management Standards, covering utilization and disposal of property.
OMB Standards. Unless specified otherwise within this Agreement, the Borrower shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.
OMB Standards. Unless otherwise specified within this agreement, the Consortium Member shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.4048 [or 24 CFR 570.489 for a State Consortium Member or 24 CFR 85.36 for other governmental entities].

The CDC shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of Attachment O of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow Attachment N, Property Management Standards as modified by 24 CFR 570.502(b)(6), covering utilization and disposal of property.
OMB Standards. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property or services in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200 when using grant funds for such purposes.
OMB Standards. Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, First 5 shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.
OMB Standards. CBDO shall establish procurement procedures to ensure that materials and services are obtained in a cost-effective manner. Unless specified otherwise within this Agreement, the CBDO shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40 - 84.48.
