ARTICLE PREMIUM PAYMENT. (a) (Article (a) applies to full-time nurses only) If a nurse is authorized to work in excess of the hours referred to in Article (a) or she or he shall receive overtime premium of one and one-half (I times her or his regular straight time hourly rate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no overtime premium shall be paid for a period of less than fifteen (15) minutes of overtime work where the nurse is engaged in reporting functions at the end of her or his normal daily tour. If authorized overtime amounts to fifteen (15) minutes or more, overtime premium shall be paid for the total period in excess of the normal daily tour. Overtime premium will not be duplicated for the same hours worked under Article (a) and nor shall there be any pyramidingwith respect to any other premiums payable under the provisions of this Collective Agreement. Nothing herein will the nurse to payment of the normal tour differential provided herein. For purpose of clarity, a nurse who is required to work on her or his scheduled day off shall receive overtime premium of one and one-half (I times her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The Hospital agrees that if the Collective Agreement provided a greater overtime premium for overtime work immediately prior to this Agreement, the Hospital will continue to pay such greater overtime premium. This is not intended to entitle the nurse to be paid for work performed while engaged in the reporting functions as provided herein.

ARTICLE PREMIUM PAYMENT. If a part-time nurse is to work in excess of the hours referred to in Article (a , she shall receive overtime premium of one and one-ha f times her regular straight time hourly rate. A part-time nurse (which includes casual nurses) who works in excess of seventy-five hours in a two week period shall receive time and one-half her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of seventy-five Notwithstanding the foregoing, no overtime premium shall be paid for a period of less than fifteen minutes of overtime work where the nurse is engaged in reporting functions at the end of her normal daily tour.   • Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.
