Premium Payments. If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated.
Premium Payments a. Each annual premium on the Policy shall be paid when due as follows:
Premium Payments. The insurance companies shall have no recourse against the County and funding agencies, its officers and employees or any of them for payment of any premiums or assessments under any policy issued by a mutual insurance company.

Planned Premium payment reminder notices will be furnished upon request. We will send them according to the premium mode shown on the Policy Data Page. You may pay the Initial Premium to us at our Home Office or to an authorized agent. All premiums after the first are payable at our Home Office. Premium receipts will be furnished upon request.
Premium Payments. On or before the due date of each Policy premium, or within the grace period provided therein, the Corporation shall pay the full amount to the Insurer.

All premium payments or other monies payable for the Contracts shall be paid or remitted in full by or on behalf of contractowners directly to Farm Bureau or its designated servicing agent together with such applications, forms and other documentation as may be required by Farm Bureau. Checks or money orders in payment of premiums or other monies payable shall be drawn to the order of "Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company." Farm Bureau will retain all such payments except to the extent such payments are allocated to the Annuity Account.

Premium Payments. The District shall remit insurance premium payments toward premiums of School Employees Benefits Board medical and non-medical plans for all employees deemed eligible to the Health Care Authority.

ETLIC will retain all such payments except to the extent such payments are allocated to the Accounts.
