Tour Differential. Effective November 21, 2017, a nurse working evenings shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for each hour worked outside the normal hours of the day shift between the hours of 1500 and 2300 hours. Effective November 21, 2017, a nurse working the night shift shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 2300 and 0700 hours.

Tour Differential. 9.06 An employee who works a basic work day (as defined in Article 4) which starts or ends between 7:01 P.M. and 6:59 A.M. shall be paid a differential of ten percent (10%) of their basic weekly wage rate for each full week so assigned. If assigned to such a workday for periods of less than a full week, one-fifth of the weekly differential will be paid for each day so assigned.
