Standard Time. The standard time per piece produced is the length of time required by an average qualified operator working at normal pace and under standard conditions to produce one piece. This time is determined by stop-watch timestudy observation or standard data derived from timestudy in the Company’s Georgetown Plant.

Standard Time. Daylight Saving Time Notwithstanding any other provision in the Collective Agreement, employees working the shift in the fall which is lengthened by one (1) hour because of the change to Standard Time from Daylight Saving Time shall be paid at their regular straight time hourly rate for that additional hour. Employees working the shift in the spring which is shortened by one (1) hour because of the change to Daylight Saving Time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Weekends The weekend commences on Friday at 11:00 pm and ends on Sunday at 11:00 pm.

Standard Time. In all cases, the time of departure used herein shall be the time of block departure of the airplane. When changes in the regional time occur in flight, the regional time at the station of last take-off shall be used in computing the day and night flying time for that leg of the trip. 'Flight Pay' or 'Flying means hourly base pay, 'hourly, mileage, gross weight, overseas and pay if applicable, on scheduled and extra sections flights and the following non- scheduled flights, namely: publicity, charter, scenic; attempts; flights; ferries; engine, instrument, plane and radio test flights; experimental, survey, proving and airway aid test flights; for which pilots receive pay in accordance with pay differentials outlined in this Agreement.

The Agreement is not meant to alter the relationship between ABCSD and PSLHD with regards to the Excluded Facilities.
