Standard Time. The standard time per piece produced is the length of time required by an average qualified operator working at normal pace and under standard conditions to produce one piece. This time is determined by stop-watch timestudy observation or standard data derived from timestudy in the Company’s Georgetown Plant.
Standard Time. Daylight Saving Time Notwithstanding any other provision in the Collective Agreement, employees working the shift in the fall which is lengthened by one (1) hour because of the change to Standard Time from Daylight Saving Time shall be paid at their regular straight time hourly rate for that additional hour. Employees working the shift in the spring which is shortened by one (1) hour because of the change to Daylight Saving Time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Weekends The weekend commences on Friday at 11:00 pm and ends on Sunday at 11:00 pm.
Standard Time. It is unlimited as to its duration and may be terminated by either party upon giving ninety (90) days notice of cancellation in writing. In the event either party terminates in accordance with the above, it is understood that all transactions coming within the terms of this Agreement will continue in effect within the said ninety (90) days.
Standard Time. The Retrocessionaires shall remain liable for all losses under original contracts in force until their expiration or renewal dates, whichever come first, plus an additional 12 month period should an original contract be renewed at an original reinsured's option. In addition, the Retrocessionaires shall remain liable as respects any run-off obligations under the original contracts covered hereunder. In the event a Retrocessionaire opts not to continue its participation on the agreement replacing this Agreement, the Retrocessionaire shall remit to the Retrocedent 90% of the Retrocessionaire's share of the positive balance of premium received, less losses paid, and less ceding and other commissions within 30 days after the termination of the Agreement. This provision shall not apply in the event this Agreement is not renewed. Notwithstanding the cancellation of this Agreement as hereinabove provided, its provisions shall continue to apply to all unfinished business hereunder to the end that all obligations and liabilities incurred by each party hereunder prior to such termination shall be fully performed and discharged.
Standard Time. The date and time used and effective between the Customer and the FLIP Consortium in connection with these Terms shall be Japan Standard Time.

The definition of normal pace is: walking miles per hour over smooth level ground without load. ALLOWANCE FOR MISCELLANEOUS WORK AND SHORT UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS In each job there are miscellaneous work elements, such as obtaining stock, handling scrap pieces, disposing of finished work and miscellaneous delays inherent in the job. The normal time required to perform such work is added to and becomes part of the standard time per piece. Also an of is made to cover short unavoidable delays which occur irregularly, such as interruptions by oilers, inspectors, and instructions from the xxxxxxx.
Standard Time. In all cases, the time of departure used herein shall be the time of block departure of the airplane. When changes in the regional time occur in flight, the regional time at the station of last take-off shall be used in computing the day and night flying time for that leg of the trip. 'Flight Pay' or 'Flying means hourly base pay, 'hourly, mileage, gross weight, overseas and pay if applicable, on scheduled and extra sections flights and the following non- scheduled flights, namely: publicity, charter, scenic; attempts; flights; ferries; engine, instrument, plane and radio test flights; experimental, survey, proving and airway aid test flights; for which pilots receive pay in accordance with pay differentials outlined in this Agreement.
Standard Time. It is also hereby mutually understood and agreed that this Contract is amended as follows:
Standard Time. This Agreement shall replace the 1968 Agreement and shall become effective on at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“Effective Date”). All matters arising from and related to costs for operations, maintenance, or repairs of the WWTP incurred prior to shall be allocated between the PARTIES pursuant to the terms of the 1968 Agreement and not this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all PSLHD facilities, with the exception of the public restrooms on the Xxxxx Beach Pier and the San Xxxx Yacht Club which facilities shall be treated as “regular” customers by the ABCSD (the “Excluded Facilities.”) Therefore, the Excluded Facilities shall not contribute to PSLHD’s capacity rights as discussed in Section 1 of this Agreement. The Agreement is not meant to alter the relationship between ABCSD and PSLHD with regards to the Excluded Facilities.
