Xxx Chair, Board of County Commissioners Vice President Date: Date: Exhibit A to Agreement Regarding Provision of Professional Services Scope of Services Snow Removal Equipment Acquisition Yampa Valley Regional Airport Hayden, Colorado AIP 3-08-0031- -2022 December 2021 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Yampa Valley Regional airport infrastructure requires continued replacement of Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) to reliably and efficiently provide for clearing of pavements during and after weather events. Operation of existing equipment requires the replacement of the two existing plow trucks acquired in 1999 utilizing AIP. The estimated costs are as follows: Acquire Snow Remove Equipment Plow with Solid and Liquid Deice Bed Acquire Snow Remove Equipment Plow with Dump Bed Estimated Cost $850,000 The Scope of Services for this work is summarized below for each phase of the project. Specific tasks for each phase along with meetings and deliverables are listed. The works shall deem to have been approved and accepted only on issue of Certificate of Final Completion by the Engineer without prejudice to the Employer’s rights under the Contract particularly under Clause 62(3). SP 19 BID RATESAND PRICES ALLINCLUSIVE All taxes shall be included in quoted rates and borne by the Bidder. Royalty on quarried materials like stones, stone ballast, gravel, murrum, silica and other materials shall also be included in rates and borne by the Bidder. Royalty on excavated earth, stone, boulders, at site shall be included in rates for relevant excavation items. Quoted rates shall remain firm throughout the performance of contract.
APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE. For Deliverables specifically identified in writing as requiring Customer’s written approval or acceptance, the written approval or acceptance will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. For Deliverables for which no Acceptance Criteria or time period for acceptance are specified in writing, Deliverables will be deemed accepted or approved by Customer if Fujitsu has not received written notification of non-acceptance or rejection, including the reason for non-acceptance or rejection, within three (3) days after delivery by Fujitsu (“Non-Acceptance Notice”). If Fujitsu receives Non-Acceptance Notice from Customer in writing, Fujitsu will have a reasonable period of time to address the reasons provided by Customer in the Non-Acceptance Notice and then redeliver Deliverables to Customer, and the terms of this Section shall continue to apply.
