Public Engagement. The Parties will develop mechanisms to inform the public of activities undertaken pursuant to this Agreement, and will make efforts to create opportunities to engage the public, as appropriate, in such activities.

Public Engagement. 6.1 The Corporate Officers will retain ownership of the Items and will therefore be accountable for all public engagement activity involving the Items during their removal from the Parliamentary Estate but the Sponsor Body may propose such activities as it thinks desirable with the aim of coordinating this activity with the Programme’s public engagement activity.

Public Engagement. The Municipality shall guarantee adequate public engagement prior to establishing a new or modifying an existing Municipality On-demand service. The following steps must be performed: 1) Advertise a notice of public hearing in English and Spanish; and 2) Conduct a minimum of one public hearing that gives the community an opportunity to voice their opinion concerning the proposed service. The Municipality shall provide to the County proof of public hearing newspaper Ad, and meeting minutes or adopted resolution.
Public Engagement. All meetings of the Southeast Florida Regional Partnership and the Consortium are publicly noticed. On most occasions, interested persons can participate by phone, webinar, or in person. The Consortium will implement a wide ranging public engagement process throughout the region that prioritizes the engagement of all community residents and stakeholders, particularly groups traditionally underrepresented in public planning processes. This process will include community outreach, written and visual materials and information accessible to disabled populations. The public involvement component will ensure the participation of a wide range of stakeholders to ensure a diversity of population, viewpoints, and issues.

Public Engagement. The public and participatory phase of the planning effort will re-evaluate, and re-affirm as appropriate, the community vision for the Forest Grove Parks, Recreation and Open Space System. Particular emphasis is to be placed on methods that will result in data that is a comparable reflection of the demographics that represent the social fabric of Forest Grove. These must include but are not limited to: • Utilizing a wide array of outreach methods; • Assuring a diversity of participants; • Intentional engagement of marginalized populations. Explain in detail how your team will organize and integrate the public outreach and engagement process. Outreach and engagement must be based on the understanding that public input is a key element to the decision-making process in creation of the final product. • Public participation includes a commitment that the public’s contributions are considered in the decision-making process which is intended to: o Communicate the interests and consider the needs of all participants, and is representative of all members of our community; o Seek out and facilitate involvement of those potentially impacted, both positively and negatively, by the planning effort; o Provide participants with clear and concise information they need to be able to participate in a meaningful way; o Communicate to participants how their input influences decisions.
