Deemed Accepted definition

Deemed Accepted means Bandwidth on the Available System made Available to PSINet which meets the specifications for acceptance thereof by PSINet set forth in Exhibit F to this Agreement and which has not been Accepted by PSINet after the receipt by PSINet of a notice, given by IXC to PSINet in accordance with the terms of Section 19.5 of this Agreement, that IXC has made such Bandwidth so Available.
Deemed Accepted means that an application for an early activation permit is deemed accepted for purposes of Section Three herein when an application has been submitted to the Community Development Department prior to the effective date of this Ordinance that meets all of the requirements of sections 21-27.4 and, if applicable, section 21-27.13(at)2)(i)(c) of the Lake County Code.
