Adverse Weather. Shall be only weather that satisfies all of the following conditions: (1) unusually severe precipitation, sleet, snow, hail, or extreme temperature or air conditions in excess of the norm for the location and time of year it occurred based on the closest weather station data averaged over the past five years, (2) that is unanticipated and would cause unsafe work conditions and/or is unsuitable for scheduled work that should not be performed during inclement weather (i.e., exterior finishes), and (3) at the Project.

Adverse Weather. 7.1 It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform Tardis, by no later than 9am on the day of Delivery, collection or services, if adverse weather (including temperatures below zero degrees Celsius) is affecting or likely to affect the Site on the date of Delivery.
Adverse Weather. Contract Time is determined with consideration given to the average climate weather conditions prevailing in the County in which the Project is located during any given month as published by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and averaged over the past 10 years. Adverse Weather. 28.01 The manager or his/her delegate concerned shall be the sole judge of what constitutes adverse weather conditions. The manager or his/her delegate shall be cognizant of the work that should not be performed in certain weather conditions.
Adverse Weather. It is the Pilot’s responsibility to ensure that current and forecast weather will allow the flight to be completed safely. If weather conditions prevent a safe return to the Healdsburg, (KHES) or (KSTS) airport, it is the Pilot’s responsibility to remain with the aircraft until it is safe to return. RAM is not responsible for incidental travel expenses or other charges incurred by the Pilot. At the Pilot’s discretion, RAM will assume responsibility for returning the aircraft. If this occurs, the Pilot will be liable for aircraft and pilot time incurred by RAM in returning the aircraft to the Healdsburg, (KHES) or (KSTS) airport, in addition to the rental charges for the aircraft.
Adverse Weather. There is a scheduled rain date of Sunday, August 15, 2021 for this event. The County will notify the vendor at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the event if the event will be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather. The Vendor agrees to be available for the rain date if the event gets rescheduled. Should the event get cancelled, the County has no obligation to the Vendor for payment as long as notification was provided by email or telephone to the Vendor (i) by 11 am on August 13 with respect to the primary date and (ii) by 11 am on August 14 with respect to the rain date. The day of the event, the vendor, at its own discretion, has the right to shut down a performance due to unsafe conditions from adverse weather. The Vendor will not be penalized for failure to perform due to adverse weather.
