Claim Sample Clauses

Claim. A person who believes that he or she is being denied a benefit to which he or she is entitled under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as a "Claimant") may file a written request for such benefit with the Corporation, setting forth his or her claim. The request must be addressed to the President of the Corporation at its then principal place of business.
Claim. A Participant, beneficiary or other person who believes that he or she is being denied a benefit to which he or she is entitled (hereinafter referred to asClaimant”), or his or her duly authorized representative, may file a written request for such benefit with the President of the Corporation (the “First Level Reviewer”), setting forth his or her claim. Such claim must be addressed to the President of the Corporation, at its then principal place of business.
Claim. Any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, or any inquiry or investigation, whether threatened, commenced or conducted by the Company or any other party, that Indemnitee in good faith believes might lead to the institution of any such action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative, investigative or other.
Claim. In the event a dispute arises over the benefits under this Director plan and benefits are not paid to the Director (or to the Director’s beneficiary[ies], if applicable) and such claimants feel they are entitled to receive such benefits, then a written claim must be made to the Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator named above in accordance with the following procedures:
Claim. A Participant or Beneficiary (hereinafter referred to as a “Claimant”) who believes he or she is entitled to any Plan benefit under this Plan may file a claim with the Plan Sponsor. The Plan Sponsor shall review the claim itself or appoint an individual or entity to review the claim.
Claim. “Claim” means any and all third party claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs and any expenses incurred in the settlement or avoidance of any such claim. “Claim” shall specifically include civil, criminal, and regulatory matters, and those brought by any third party (including governmental authorities or agencies) under any federal, state, or foreign law or regulation, or the rules of any self-regulatory body (e.g., ESRB).
