Site Lease. NTI either owns or has obtained a valid option to lease or lease for the transmission site and shall be responsible for bearing all expenses in connection with such site, including the payment of rent and all other costs and expenses of every nature. The site lease, if any, shall be maintained and renewed by NTI throughout the term of this Agreement, including any renewals hereof.
Site Lease. The District leases to the Lessee, and the Lessee leases from the District, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Site situated in the San Diego County, State of California, more specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including any real property improvements now or hereafter affixed thereto.
Site Lease. The Owner leases to Contractor and Contractor leases from the Owner, on the terms and conditions of this Site Lease, the Site more specifically described or depicted in Exhibit A attached to this Site Lease, including any real property improvements now or later placed on the Site. References in this Site Lease to the term “Contractor” means Contractor and Contractor’s assigns for those rights, interests, and obligations that may be assigned by Contractor. The Site is leased to Contractor on an “as is” basis. Owner shall not be required to make or construct any alterations including structural changes, additions or improvements to the Site. By entering and taking possession of the Site pursuant to this Site Lease, Contractor accepts the Site in “as is” condition. Any agreements, warranties, or representations not expressly contained herein shall in no way bind either Owner or Contractor, and Owner and Contractor expressly waive all claims for damages by reason of any statement, representation, warranty, promise or agreement, if any, not contained in this Site Lease or the Contract Documents.

The Lessee also agrees to perform the construction services with respect to the Project pursuant to this Site Lease.
Site Lease. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall take effect and the obligations of the Parties shall arise only upon simultaneous execution by the Parties of the Lease of even date herewith.
