Supplier Data definition

Supplier Data means any data provided to GBG and/or the Client by the Data Supplier or used within GBG’s products and services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including, where relevant, any Personal Data.
Supplier Data means any data in Supplier’s databases that Supplier uses in providing Services, excluding Customer Data. This definition of Supplier Data is intended to include similarly defined terms in the Agreement such as “Company Data”, “Cision Data”, or “Brandwatch Data”.
Supplier Data means all of the Seller’s supplier and vendor lists, records, telephone and fax numbers, email addresses and publications and marketing material relating to the purchase of goods or the provision of services to the Seller in connection with the Business.

Examples of Supplier Data in a sentence

  • Supplier grants Headset a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty- free and fully paid license during the Term to use the Supplier Data (a) as necessary for purposes of providing the Services, (b) in order to improve the Services, and (c) generate Anonymized Data.

  • Supplier will have the sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all Supplier Data.

  • Supplier is solely responsible for any and all obligations with respect to the accuracy, completeness, content, quality, timeliness and legality of Supplier Data, and acknowledges that other users of the Services (“Users”) are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, content, quality, timeliness and legality of the content they upload, distribute, post or otherwise make available (collectively, “Make Available”) via the Headset Solution (such content of other users, “User Content”).

  • All rights in and to the Supplier Data not expressly granted to Headset in this Agreement are reserved by Supplier.

  • Supplier will have the ability to export Supplier Data out of Headset Solution and is encouraged to make its own back-ups of the Supplier Data.


More Definitions of Supplier Data

Supplier Data means Data submitted by Client’s suppliers in the NeoSMRT Portal.
Supplier Data means data relating to the operation of the Business of Buyer in the possession or control of Buyer.

Supplier Data in a Completed Assessment may include information about the Supplier itself and/or information about Supplier’s other vendors in the Supplier’s supply chain.
