Supplier Data means any data in Supplier’s database that Supplier uses in providing the Services, excluding Customer Data.

Supplier Data means all of the Seller’s supplier and vendor lists, records, telephone and fax numbers, email addresses and publications and marketing material relating to the purchase of goods or the provision of services to the Seller in connection with the Business.

• The Supplier owns all rights (including all Intellectual Property Rights), title, and interest in and to the Supplier Data, as well as all or any improvements, enhancements, or modifications to the Software, and any applications, inventions, or other technology developed in connection with the Software.

Supplier Data means any data provided to GBG and/or the Client by the Data Supplier or used within GBG’s products and services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including, where relevant, any Personal Data.
