Other Supplier definition

Other Supplier means any supplier to the Customer (other than the Supplier) which is notified to the Supplier from time to time and/or of which the Supplier should have been aware;
Other Supplier means a Member that: (i) is engaged in buying, selling or transmitting electric energy, capacity, ancillary services, Financial Transmission Rights or other services available under PJM’s governing documents in or through the Interconnection or has a good faith intent to do so, and (ii) is not a Generation Owner, Electric Distributor, Transmission Owner or End-Use Customer.
Other Supplier means a Member that is (i) a seller, buyer or transmitter of electric capacity or energy in, from or through the MAAC Control Zone or PJM West Region, and (ii) is not a Generation Owner, Electric Distributor, Transmission Owner or End-Use Customer.
