Client Data definition

Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data
Client Data means any materials provided by the Client to Oracle.

Examples of Client Data in a sentence

  • Confidential Information includes without limitation, all Client Data, the Solutions, and either Party’s business and marketing plans, technology and technical information, product designs, reports and business processes.

  • For purposes of this provision, all data stored on the virtualized machines assigned to Client, including locally stored personal data of individual employees, will be considered Client Data by Provider.

  • Client Data Security & Privacy In addition to its other confidentiality obligations under an applicable Service Attachment, Provider shall not use, edit, or disclose to any party other than Client any Client Data (defined below), except as otherwise requested by Client, or required by court order or applicable law.

  • Provider may access Client's User accounts, including Client Data, solely to respond to service or technical problems or otherwise at Client's request.

  • DATA PRIVACY & PROTECTION Client Data Provider agrees that any electronic data or personal information submitted by Client to Provider as a part of the Service (“Client Data”) remains the property of Client and/or its end-user or other third party.


More Definitions of Client Data

Client Data means all data of Fund (or, if Investment Manager receives Services, Investment Manager), including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and Market Data provided by Fund or Investment Manager and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services (as defined below), but excluding SS&C Property.
Client Data means all data of Client, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and the like, and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services.
