Client Data definition

Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
Client Data means the information successfully uploaded by Client to any Diligent Service and stored on Diligent’s servers.
Client Data means all data, works and materials uploaded to or stored on the Platform by the Client; transmitted by the Platform at the instigation of the Client; supplied by the Client to the Provider for processing, uploading to, transmission by or storage on the Platform; or generated by the Platform as a result of the use of the Hosted Services by the Client;

  • Thereafter, Smarsh may delete Client Data in its sole discretion.

  • Following termination or expiration of the Agreement, Smarsh will retain Client Data for a minimum of six (6) months to allow time for Client to make alternative arrangements for long-term data storage.

  • To enable Federal Archive to receive Client Data, Client must purchase Connections.

  • To enable Connected Capture to capture Client Data, Client must purchase Connections.

  • Except for the limited license to Client Data granted in Section 4.1, nothing in this Agreement will serve to transfer to Smarsh any intellectual property rights in Client Data.


More Definitions of Client Data

Client Data means data generated, uploaded or transmitted by Authorized Users using the JAGGAER Applications.
Client Data means all data belonging to the Client and sent to Mérieux NutriSciences, including Personal Data and Confidential Information of the Client.
Client Data means all data of the Client provided to the Company by the Client or any service provider thereof (including its administrator immediately prior to the Commencement Date) including, but not limited to, data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptive data, market data and the like, and all output and derivatives thereof. For purposes of clarification, “Client Data” shall include any information received by the Company from (1) the Client’s clearing broker or Manager, (2) any Investment Fund or Managed Account in which the Client invests, (3) any Manager of any such Investment Fund or Managed Account, or (4) any administrator or clearing broker for any such Investment Fund or Managed Account.
