Business Rules definition

Business Rules means the business rules established by JSCC regarding its Financial Instruments Obligation Assumption Service for CDS Transactions, as amended, if applicable.

More Definitions of Business Rules

Business Rules means the business rules specified by paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 of the Framework Agreement;
