Supplier Lists definition

Supplier Lists means the benefit of all of WPCS-Seattle’s relationships with suppliers and all past and current supplier lists and lists of potential suppliers of the Business (collectively, the “Suppliers”, and each a “Supplier”).

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.
