Service Release Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the fee set forth in Exhibit 9 hereto payable by the Owner to the Servicer upon the release of such Mortgage Loan from the Servicer’s loan administration system; provided, however, that no such fee shall be payable by the Owner if the Mortgage Loan or the servicing thereof is transferred (i) to the Servicer or an Affiliate of the Servicer or (ii) pursuant to an Event of Default. Related to Service Release Fee

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Reverse Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(b).
