Servicing LP. Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, or any successor thereto Servicing Officer: Any officer of the Company involved in or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Mortgage Loans whose name appears on a list of servicing officers furnished by the Company to the Purchaser upon request, as such list may from time to time be amended.
