Return of Employer Property Sample Clauses

Return of Employer Property. On termination of employment with Employer for whatever reason, or at the request of the Employer before termination, Executive agrees to promptly deliver to Employer all records, files, computer disks, memoranda, documents, lists and other information regarding or containing any Confidential Employer Information, including all copies, reproductions, summaries or excerpts thereof, then in Executive’s possession or control, whether prepared by Executive or others. Executive also agrees to promptly return, on termination or the Employer’s request, any and all Employer property issued to Executive, including but not limited to computers, cellular phones, keys and credits cards. Executive further agrees that should Executive discover any Employer property or Confidential Employer Information in Executive’s possession after the return of such property has been requested, Executive agrees to return it promptly to Employer without retaining copies, summaries or excerpts of any kind.

Return of Employer Property. Within five days after the Termination Date, Employee shall return to Employer all products, books, records, forms, specifications, formulae, data processes, designs, papers and writings relating to the business of Employer, including without limitation proprietary or licensed computer programs, customer lists and customer data, and/or copies or duplicates thereof in Employee’s possession or under Employee’s control. Employee shall not retain any copies or duplicates of such property and all licenses granted to him/her by Employer to use computer programs or software shall be revoked on the Termination Date.
Return of Employer Property. Employee agrees that upon any termination of his employment, Employee shall return to Employer within a reasonable time not to exceed two (2) weeks, any of Employer’s property in his possession or under his control, including but not limited to, computer/office automation equipment, passwords, keys, electronic ID cards, records and names, addresses, and other information with regard to customers or potential customers of Employer with whom Employee has had contact or done business.
Return of Employer Property. Employees must return to the Employer all Employer property in their possession at the time of termination of employment. The Employer may take such action as required to recover the value of articles which are not returned.

Return of Employer Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive will deliver to the Employer any and all Employer equipment and property, access codes, documents, drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices and formulas, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Confidential Information or other information regarding the Employer.
Return of Employer Property. All records, designs, patents, business plans, financial statements, manuals, memoranda, lists, contracts and other property delivered to or compiled by the Executive by or on behalf of the Employer or their representatives, vendors or customers which pertain to the business of the Employer (including any subsidiary) shall be and remain the property of the Employer and subject at all times to its discretion and control. Likewise, all correspondence, reports, records, charts, advertising materials and other similar data pertaining to the business, activities or future plans of the Employer which is collected by Executive during the course of his employment with the Employer shall be delivered promptly to the Employer without request by it upon termination of Executive’s employment.
Return of Employer Property. If and when Executive ceases, for any reason, to be employed by Employer, Executive must return to Employer all keys, pass cards, identification cards and any other property of Employer. At the same time, Executive also must return to Employer all originals and copies (whether in hard copy, electronic or other form) of any documents, notes, memoranda, designs, devices, diskettes, tapes, manuals, and specifications which constitute proprietary information or material of Employer. The obligations in this Section include the return of documents and other materials which may be in Executive's desk at work, in Executive's car or place of residence, or in any other location under Executive's control.
