Employer Indemnification. The Employer assumes no obligation, financial or otherwise, arising out of the provisions of this Rule. The Union shall indemnify and hold the Employer harmless by the Union and employees for compliance with any of the provisions of this Rule and any issues related to the deduction of dues/fees. If an error has been made in the amount of dues/fees remitted to the Union under Section 3.6, upon notification from the Union of such an error, the Employer will expeditiously rectify the error.
Employer Indemnification. The Union shall indemnify and hold the Employer harmless against any and all suits, claims, demands and liabilities which arise out of or by reason of any action which shall be taken by the Employer for the purpose of complying with the foregoing provisions of this Article.
Employer Indemnification. The Employer shall be held harmless by PSE and employees for compliance with this Article and any issues related to the deduction of dues and fees.
Employer Indemnification. The Association shall defend, indemnify, and save the Employer harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, grievances, or other liability (including attorney’s fees incurred by the Employer) that arise out of or by reason of actions taken by the Employer pursuant to this article, except those actions caused by the Employer’s negligence.
Employer Indemnification. The Employer shall be saved harmless by the Union with respect to any liability the Employer may incur as a result of any deductions from wages in respect of dues or other assessments or remittances as requested by the Union.
Employer Indemnification. Where an employee is charged with an offence resulting directly from the proper performance of his/her duties and is subsequently found not guilty, the employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable legal fees.
Employer Indemnification. PSE will indemnify, defend and hold the Employer harmless against any claims based on the Employer’s compliance with this Article and any issues related to the deduction of dues and fees.
Employer Indemnification. The Union agrees to indemnify and save the Employer harmless from any and all claims, and from any other form of liability arising from the deductions set out in Article above.
