Common use of Return of Employer Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Employer Property. Should an Employee resign or have their employment terminated, the Employee is required to return any property belonging to the Employer that the Employee has in their possession. For the purpose of this Clause property includes, but is not limited to keys, docket books, tools or work clothing.

Return of Employer Property. Should an Employee employee resign or have their employment terminated, the Employee is they are required to return any property belonging to the Employer employer that the Employee has an employee may have in their possession. For the purpose of this Clause clause property includes, but is not limited to keys, docket bookssoftware, tools or work clothing. Should an employee fail to return any property belonging to the employer in good order (except for fair wear and tear), the employer may seek to deduct an amount of money from an employees termination payment that will reasonably cover the cost of the property.
