Employer Property. Employees must return to the Employer all Employer property in their possession at the time of termination of employment. The Employer shall take such action as required to recover the value of articles which are not returned.

Employer Property. Executive acknowledges that all originals and copies of materials, records and documents generated by him or coming into his possession during his employment by the Employer are the sole property of the Employer (“Employer Property”). During his employment, and at all times thereafter, Executive shall not remove, or cause to be removed, from the premises of the Employer, copies of any record, file, memorandum, document, computer related information or equipment, or any other item relating to the business of the Employer, except in furtherance of his duties under this Agreement. When Executive terminates his employment with the Employer, or upon request of the Employer at any time, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Employer all originals and copies of Employer Property in his possession or control and shall not retain any originals or copies in any form.
Employer Property. All advertising, sales, manufacturers' and other materials or articles or information, including without limitation data processing reports, computer programs, software, customer information and records, business records, price lists or information, samples, or any other materials or data of any kind furnished to Executive by Employer or developed by Executive on behalf of Employer or at Employer's direction or for Employer's use or otherwise in connection with Executive's employment hereunder, are and shall remain the sole property of Employer, including in each case all copies thereof in any medium, including computer tapes and other forms of information storage. If Employer requests the return of such materials at any time at or after the termination of Executive's employment, Executive shall deliver all copies of the same to Employer immediately.

For the avoidance of doubt, Section 8(d) shall not interfere with Executive’s rights to retain copies of any documents or data relating to Executive’s compensation and benefits (including, without limitation, copies of this Employment Agreement, and side letters and any documents relating to any of Executive’s equity-based award rights or other compensation and benefits) and/or discuss the same with Executive’s advisors or immediate family (in each case, on a confidential basis).
Employer Property. Employees may not remove any property owned by the employer, including intellectual property (including intellectual property created by the employee as a result of their employment with the employer) from the premises without the prior consent of the employer. On termination of employment, employees are to return all of the employer’s property in their possession including copies of the same.

Employer Property. All Employer information, including without limitation, data processing reports, analyses, invoices, and/or any other materials or data of any kind furnished to Employee by the Employer or developed by Employee on behalf of the Employer, or at the Employer's direction or for the Employer's use, or otherwise in connection with Employee's employment hereunder, are and shall remain the sole and confidential property of the Employer, except to the extent such information has been publicly disclosed voluntarily by the Employer. If the Employer requests the return of such materials, Employee shall immediately deliver them, retaining no copies.

For the avoidance of doubt, Section 8(d) shall not interfere with Executive’s rights to retain copies of any documents or data (in any form) relating to Executive’s compensation and benefits (including, without limitation, copies of this Agreement, and side letters and any documents relating to any of Executive’s equity-based award rights or other compensation and benefits) and/or discuss the same with Executive’s advisors or immediate family (in each case, on a confidential basis).
Employer Property. 7.1. Any patents, inventions, discoveries, applications or processes, software and computer programs devised, planned, applied, created, discovered or invented by Executive in the course of his employment under this Agreement and which pertain to any aspect of the business of Employer or its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions or customers, shall be the sole and absolute property of Employer and Executive shall make prompt report thereof to Employer and promptly execute any and all documents reasonably requested to assure Employer the full and complete ownership thereof.
