Common use of Return of Employer Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Employer Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive will deliver to the Employer any and all Employer equipment and property, access codes, documents, drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices and formulas, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Confidential Information or other information regarding the Employer.

Return of Employer Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any whatever reason, the Executive will deliver promptly return to the Employer, in good condition, all items of any and every nature or kind used by him in the course of his employment, or otherwise furnished to him by the Employer or VGI, including without limitation all equipment, credit cards, computers, cellular phones, fax machines, books, records, reports, files, manuals, literature, software, confidential information or other materials belonging to the Employer any and all Employer equipment and property, access codes, documents, drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices and formulas, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Confidential Information or other information regarding the Employeran affiliated company.
